At Park & Fifth, we want you to love your pieces; if your selection isn't quite right, we accept returns on unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of your order's delivery date. Please note that certain items, including bridesmaid orders and sale pieces, may be subject to specific final sale conditions.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags remain attached and the garment is in its original condition.

  Ship Your Items

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at the designated courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
