How long will it take for my order to ship?
Standard orders typically ship within 3-5 business days. For our 'Made-to-Order' bridal and bridesmaid collections, please allow 12-16 weeks for production and delivery.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Please note that all 'Made-to-Order' and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
How do I find the right size?
We provide a comprehensive size guide on every product page. Since our silhouettes range from form-fitting to relaxed, we recommend comparing your measurements to our chart to ensure the perfect fit.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on your specific location and preferred shipping method.
Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?
Once an order is placed, it is immediately sent to our fulfillment team. We are unable to guarantee changes, but please contact our support team within 1 hour of purchase and we will do our best to assist.
